揭穿网络骗局，反诈骗新网站

这两天一直忙着做一个新的法语网站，Escrocs.net 主题是反网络诈骗。
今天这个网络盛行的年代，网络有他快捷便利的一面，当然也有他隐晦的一面。相信你的电子邮箱或者手机短信里肯定也收到过类似“恭喜你，你获得xxx大奖,请速来领取。”等等之类的中奖信息。其实这只是骗子们早已用烂了的大俗招儿～现在的网络诈骗的骗术，简直是推陈出新，千变万化。但说到底，到了最后，他们的目的还是让你拿钱来……
法国网络中常常出现的诈骗信息则比较常来自于那些非洲说法语的国家，原法属殖民地，例如: 象牙海岸、 塞内加尔、贝宁、尼日利亚等国家。
前几天我收到一封来自一个叫 Levant 先生的邮件，他邮件中说，他得了前列腺癌症，医生已经断定他将不久与人世。而他无妻无子，却有300万欧元的遗产希望我可以继承下来，并用来替他救助穷人，和残障人士。不了解情况的人肯定还觉得这个 Levant 先生人简直太好了，都快归天了，还不忘记人间受苦受难的人们。其实好戏在后面，通过跟的他几次邮件来往，我让他相信我是个不错的“猎物”，他便对我展开了诈骗计划……
他说需要办理遗产转交手续需要通过他的律师，要求我联系他的律师。而他的律师在通过电子邮件给我发来他所谓的遗产转交证明书时，我很明显地看到这只不过是一份用很粗烂的photoshop 技术伪造的虚假文件。其中律师的标志很像是幼稚的儿童画，而背景图片则是用一张也许尺寸仅为5x5cm的小图放大后硬贴进背景图里去的，像素化很严重。

但就是这样的烂技术，还是有很多人上当受骗，钱字当头啊，理智就退缩了。很多人往往在收到这样的邮件后刚开始怀疑一下，但听说一下子几百万欧元也许会落入自己的口袋，一下子就放松了警惕。又有谁愿意和钱过不去呢～？
之后的几封邮件往来中，他那个所谓的律师向我阐明了若想办理财产移交手续，需要我先向他的账户里支汇510欧元的手续费。
“他们终于显露出了网络骗子的嘴脸。”，我心想。
我立即回复邮件将计就计道：“我手头紧张，没有这么多的钱，Levant 先生是如此的大方、阔绰，我相信您向他来索取这笔手续费，他肯定不会拒绝的。”
没想到2个小时后，Levant 先生立即回信说他可以替我承担200欧元的手续费，但由于他的钱要用来做他的医疗担保金，所以不能替我出省下的310欧元，需要我自己想办法结局。
看来，跟骗子也可以讨价还价的～我回了一封邮件说我正在找人来筹集这笔钱，一旦我有了消息，我会立即通知他们。而接下来的3天里，我都没有再联系他们，终于Levant 先生耐不住性子了，继续催促，说什么他自从这个星期以来感觉到身体极为不适，而身体的状况更是每况愈下。所以希望我能够劲我所能，快点把手续费支付到他律师的手里，并再次跟我强调他律师的专业性和可信度。
而我则在回复的邮件中提及我现在处于失业状态，希望他能够理解，人们往往并不信任没有生活来源的人，像我这样的状态到处借钱是十分地困难。所以，希望他能够等待，最后我还不忘了附上他来信中常用的那句：“愿上帝保佑您”。在一些天主教国家，如果你对人说你信教，人们对你的信任度会提升很多，我想他每封信结尾都以这句话结束，应该也是一种骗术技巧。
他们要求我给他用西联汇款把钱回到他在象牙海岸的事务所，而据我所知，在一些像象牙海岸这样的非洲国家，汇款手续管理混乱，提款人只要在当地的西联汇款相关办理单位有一定的人际关系，在提取现金时，不需要出示任何相关证件或是使用假冒证件便可以顺利取得款项，这样以一来，西联汇款和象牙海岸等关键词语则成为一个重要，且危险的标志，一旦与人办理金钱业务的时候，如果出现这两个关键词语，就要冷静想象，这会不会是典型的骗局呢。
又过了一天，Levant 先生回信说他完全理解我的境况，而他会在替我承担100欧元的手续费这样一来，我只需要支付210欧元，就可以顺利办理遗产继承手续。多美好啊～～我只要支付210欧元就可以换来300万欧元的巨大遗产。
直到今天，我都没有再给他们回复。在这次反诈骗的游戏中，我玩的还算开心，而且，骗子们的骗术技巧也得到了应有的展示，可以告一个段落。
而后，我又陆续收到关于什么乐透中奖，非洲钻石商女儿希望我可以帮助她转移巨款，香港某公司提供日薪600欧元的工作等等，无一例外，这全都是网络骗术的一部分，有些内容离奇的让我发笑，但无法避免的是仍然有很多人上当受骗。当然国内的骗子们发邮件的方法以及类型肯定有别于他们，我的邮箱里就有一个这方面的例子：
我在3天之内先后收到来自一个叫“雪芬” 『jinjang@jinj33o.com.cn』 ，和“晓萱” 『shisqhang@shiqshang.com』 的两封有着同样内容的电子邮件。
以后如果你受到来自这两个地址的电子邮件，就可以直接把它们拖到回收站，直接清空。
